The performance of a team as an organisation subsystem in achieving its aims and objectives is determined by how well it manages its Team; Task, Procedures and Relationships. The performance in each will in turn be influenced/impacted by Organisation related system elements which are external to the Team, and by the competence, practice and behaviours of Team members
