    1. Objective: To understand how OrgCMF assessment works, and the potential value it might have for your organisation.
    2. Approach: Select a sample dynamic or Assessment, complete the assessment and review report.
    3. Sample size: 1
  2. Organisation Engagement & Familiarisation :
    1. Objective: To understand how OrgCMF assessment works, and the potential value it might have for your organisation.
    2. Approach: Invite participants to complete trial Assessment, and review report.
    3. Sample size: Up to 5
  3. Leadership Alignment & Focus:
    1. Objective: To facilitate the leadership’s understanding, and discussion of existing organisation maturity, and its impact on performance, or in advance of a proposed change to align stakeholders, set priorities and inform the change plan.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: All (Max 20)
  4. Key Staff Engagement & Alignment:
    1. Objective: To facilitate key stakeholder’s understanding, and discussion of existing organisation maturity, and its impact on performance, or in advance of a proposed change to align stakeholders, agree priorities and focus and inform the change plan.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: All (Max 20)
  5. Discreet Change Management Process addressing a Specific Business/Operational, Issue/Opportunity:
    1. Objective: To identify those capabilities that may need maturity improvement to assure successful change outcomes, and to calibrate change program, and actions to achieve traction and sustainability.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: Use statistical sample size calculator (Recommended 95% confidence level & 5% Margin of error).
    4. Repeat Assessment: Generally, no more frequent than 90 days, and no less frequent than 270 days, depending on the context.
  6. Transition/Transformation (Readiness & Progress):
    1. Objective: To identify those capabilities that need maturity improvement to assure successful Transition/Transformation outcomes, and calibrate change program and actions to achieve traction and sustainability.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: Use statistical sample size calculator (Recommended 95% confidence level & 5% Margin of error).
    4. Repeat Assessment: Generally, no more frequent than 90 days, and no less frequent than 270 days, depending on the transformation plan.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    1. Objective: To allocate ownership for capability building and improvement. _To implement a consistent approach across the organisation, that can motivate and be program managed. _To address all core organisation capabilities that support continuous improvement in performance of the organisation.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: Use statistical sample size calculator (Recommended 95% confidence level & 5% Margin of error).
    4. Repeat Assessment: Generally, no more frequent than 90 days and no less frequent than 270 days.
  8. Internal Benchmarking:
    1. Objective: To identify points of misalignment of capabilities which impact performance. _To motivate constructive competition, and set targets/standards for improvement. _To improve awareness of performance, and the value/impact of improved capability maturity.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: Use statistical sample size calculator (Recommended 95% confidence level & 5% Margin of error).
    4. Repeat Assessment: No more frequent than 120 days and no less frequent than 365 days.
  9. External Benchmarking: (Not currently available until anonymised benchmark database built with participant approval)
    1. Objective: To understand, compare relative maturity levels and related performance between organisations of interest. _To motivate constructive competition, and set targets/standards for improvement. _To improve awareness of performance, and the value/impact of improved capability maturity relative to competitors.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report.
    3. Sample size: Use statistical sample size calculator (Recommended 95% confidence level & 5% Margin of error).
    4. Repeat Assessment: No more frequent than 120 days and no less frequent than 365 days.
  10. Building Organization Strength & Leadership through ongoing Developmental Learning
    1. Objective: To enable & coordinate the development, learning and building of organization & team; Agility, Collaboration, Innovation, Leadership, Culture, Digital Productivity and Resilience with a single set of actions & approach.
    2. Approach: The leader and/or leadership team selects relevant dynamic(s) or Assessment, completes the assessment and reviews report, report is the basis for dialog, discussion, prioritization and action planning and execution..
    3. Sample size: Use statistical sample size calculator (Recommended 95% confidence level & 5% Margin of error).
    4. Repeat Assessment: Generally, no more frequent than 90 days and no less frequent than 270 days.
