Transforming Change Management and Organization Development (CM/OD) was badly needed and is brought about by a new theory and model called Unitary Developmental Theory. Evidence of its transformative effect includes its equal validity for people, organizations, societies and economies. To put it simply, UDT details exactly how human systems learn developmentally and any model that misses any of its phases, or oversteps the level at which the system is operating is likely to fail. Traction and Sustainability of change and improvement plans and actions are what UDT fixes in CM/OD.

Overview of the process for managing OD & Capability Development and the on-line assessment tools and reports.
The group is presented with an organization scenario, and a discussion is facilitated about using the model and tools to achieve the target aims of the scenario.
Exercise for participants: Plan a Development & Capability Building intervention using the UDT process and tools, then present and discuss.
