To understand the DMI in the context of Digital Transformation, Change & Improvement and how to use it as a tool to achieve successful Digital Performance.

Learning Objective: Learn how to plan, configure and execute a DMI Digital Assessment using the on-line tools available. To understand the added value the professional assessor contributes to an assessment. To discuss when an assessment is appropriate and the various approaches to engaging stakeholders in assessment and report analysis.
