Complete 3 tutor lead training modules, each of which is between 60 & 90 minutes.

Complete short learning assignments between each training module.

Identify and implement a real-world (in-organization) 1st Digital Assessment Project (Tutor Coached).

Certification award is based on user/customer feedback on 1st Assessment project & Tutor Assessment of trainee during training and 1st Digital Assessment.
Unitary Developmental Theory (UDT-Module 1)
Learning Objective: To understand the key principals and rules of UDT and why they are important and needed, compared to existing Models, and to learn how to use as a Discreet Change Management Process. In addition to create awareness of development pathways for Organization Agility, Resilience, Innovation etc.

Organization Capability Maturity Framework (OrgCMF™-Module 2)
Learning Objective: To understand the architecture and content of OrgCMF™ and how UDT underpins it for practical use by Leaders, Professionals & Teams in any organization. To introduce the three OrgCMF™ Reference Models (OMI, TMI, DMI). To understand the DMI in the context of Digital Transformation, Change & Improvement and how to use it as a tool to achieve successful Digital Performance.

Capability Maturity Assessment & DMI (OrgCMF™ Platform – Module 3)
Learning Objective: Learn how to plan, configure and execute a DMI Digital Assessment using the on-line tools available. To understand the added value the professional assessor contributes to an assessment. To discuss when an assessment is appropriate and the various approaches to engaging stakeholders in assessment and report analysis.
