A Team Maturity Index (TMI) 'Triage' Assessment is most often used as a means to rapidly get a sense of where team members and other stakeholders (if included) feel the team is at; as regards its effectiveness and its development. 'Triage' level assessments provide Directional guidance, help identify priorities and quick fixes prior to any deeper level 'Diagnostic' Assessment if deemed necessary. 'Triage' may be considered executive level assessment in some scenarios.

The maximum number of assessment participants allowed under this plan is 20.
When you configure your Triage Assessment you may enter the email addresses of participants and they will be sent a unique link to complete their assessment (once only), you may also choose if they have access to the assessment report.
Also, when you configure an Assessment, you may also invite up to 20 individuals to access and review the report. They will receive a unique link and related report password that you set, in order that they can access the report. We recommend you always set a password.
The TMI Triage Assessment Level can have several different use cases. A single question statement is posed to participants for each of the selected Dynamics at Triage level and, they must choose from a list of trait statements, which statement best reflects their team, in their opinion. For each statement question there is also a text box for comments which we encourage participants to add some content to support their selected statement question answer. The real-time report provided on-line for your 'Triage' Team Capability Maturity Statement will confirm the measured level of Team Development Capability Maturity for each chosen Dynamic (Organisation, Team, Team Member) and provide accurate guidance to develop up to the next level of Maturity for each that will have sustainable traction and be the foundation for further improvement.
