A Team Maturity Index (TMI) 'Diagnostic' Assessment is most often used as a means to assist the team understand and analyse, those factors which constrain their team effectiveness and performance. The on-line, real-time report provides detailed information for the team, in order to prioritise those areas that require action, to attain improved effectiveness & performance. In addition Maturity Assessment report provides precise guidance for each 'Dynamic' & 'Construct' that underpin any and all Teams, based on Dynamic Systems Maturity Theory (DSMT) Development Roadmap.

When & Why run a TMI Diagnostic Maturity Assessment for your team?

Users of this Assessment Plan can select 1, 2 or all 3 Team Dynamics and their related Building Blocks (Constructs) to include in a Diagnostic assessment. Where you purchase multiple quantities of this plan, each individual Assessment can be configured uniquely. Review TMI™ Dynamics & Constructs

The maximum number of assessment participants allowed under this plan is 20.

When you configure your Diagnostic Assessment you may enter the email addresses of participants and they will be sent a unique link to complete their assessment (once only), you may also choose if they have access to the assessment report and provide background information and guidance on your Assessment.

Also, when you configure an Assessment, you may also invite up to 20 individuals to access and review the report. They will receive a unique link and related report password that you set, in order that they can access the report. We recommend you always set a password.

The TMI Diagnostic Assessment Level can have several different use cases. A single question statement is posed to participants for each of the selected Dynamics & Constructs at Diagnostic level and, they must choose from a list of trait statements, which statement best reflects their team in their opinion. For each statement question there is also a text box for comments which we encourage participants to add some content to support their selected statement answer. The real-time report provided on-line for your 'Diagnostic' Team Capability Maturity will confirm the measured level of Team Development Capability Maturity for each chosen Dynamic (Organisation, Team, Team Member) & their related Constructs, and provide accurate guidance to develop up to the next level of Maturity for each that will have sustainable traction and be the foundation for further improvement.
