Background

Technology, Market or Performance changes and disruption have become significant drivers for organisation transformation and change. Organisations seek to create Innovation, Agility and Collaboration as part of their specific business transformation initiatives. Innovation, Agility & Collaboration are human system behaviours and practices and reflect high levels of Maturity that support organisation responsiveness and rate of change. 70% of organisation and transformation initiatives fail, despite advances in change management practice over recent decades.

Organisation Capability Maturity development must be an integral part of organisation change and transformation programs to improve the probability of successful business outcomes. A critical success factor for any organisation change program is to build its Organisation Capabilities and their maturity levels to match the change ambition.

This workshop is designed to bring together an organisations change or transformation leadership team, to kick start their transformation program. They will build a high level Plan of action, that will integrate the appropriate capability improvements, with the specific business transformation aims. This is intended to improve the success potential of the transformation program by improving Innovation, Agility & Collaboration Capability Maturity within their program, rather than hope they will happen as a result of their change program.
