  2. Configure and run the relevant Maturity Level Measurement (Assessment). Your current performance is determined by the current Capability Maturity Levels.
  3. Identify those missing Capabilities or those with low capability that need to be built to achieve the target Transformation or Improvement Performance (Prioritize)
