Its that time of year when you may be reviewing progress for last year and looking at how the organisation can improve for next year. Why not carry out an OrgCMF™ 'Festive Sensor' Assessment for a small fee, and we will donate all monies we receive from that assessment to Friends of the Earth International who are working globally to help reduce Climate Change, and those already affected by Climate Change particularly in the Developing World. Win-Win
This is a great way of engaging stakeholders in standing back and looking at how the Organisation views its Capability Maturity and starting an action plan, coupled with providing a small financial assistance to those less fortunate in a domain that concerns us all today 'Climate Change'
The Sensor Maturity Assessment is often used to 'test the water' or 'signal' that leadership are interested in understanding and improving Capability Maturity, and perhaps initiate a process or program of Organisation Capability Building. Sensor Assessment report provides general organisation action guidance for the measured Maturity Level.
Participants in the Organisation Capability Maturity Sensor Assessment are given 1 Question with multiple choice statements which they select from. It should take no more than a couple of minutes for their response to the survey to be recorded.
The Assessment Administrator can configure issue and manage the assessment in a few minutes where they can provide some background information to the assessment, in the context of your organisation, and invite participants to participate via a unique email link.
Where you purchase multiple quantities of this plan, each individual Assessment can be configured uniquely.
The maximum number of assessment participants allowed under this plan is 50.
Also, when you configure an Assessment, you may also allow in addition up to 50 individuals(non participants) to access and review the report. They will receive a unique link and related report password that you set, in order that they can access the report. We recommend you always set a password.
