Welcome to the Organisation Capability Maturity Framework Assessment Tool.

This sample Assessment has been prepared to allow you get a feel for an example of a simple Maturity Assessment on ‘Work’ in an Organisation.

The ‘Work’ Dynamic in an Organisation:

The activities that require mental or physical effort to deliver a result/output carried out by individuals and teams. Work includes the activities or tasks carried out by people or by machines controlled by people. ‘Work’ relates to what the people actually do.

How well ‘Work’ is designed, managed and completed is a critical success factor for every organisation, so the ‘Work’ capability maturity is important.

We have configured this maturity assessment to include:-

  1. The High Level (Triage) single question as it relates to maturity of ‘Work’ in an organisation.
  2. The 6 underpinning construct (Diagnostic) questions that contribute to ‘Work’ maturity

We have also chosen in this example to display the Maturity Level Title in each of the question statements which you will choose from.

Once you have completed the Assessment (3-5minutes), you can view the real-time report details on-line.

We have configured it such that all reported information is available to all trial participants.

On the reports you can click to drill down and see more details of the measured maturity level or relevant improvement guidance, or view any text based supporting feedback provided by the participants.

Completing the Assessment:-

  • For each question , starting with the lowest maturity statement (Crash), review each statement until you get to the one that in your opinion best reflects your organisations level. Remember there is no right or wrong answer.

  • For each question you have the option to identify how important you believe the question topic is for the organisation High, Medium or Low.

  • For each question there is a text/comment box which is optional, but it can be helpful to the Assessment analysis if you add content that indicates why you chose a particular statement level.

  • We have configured this assessment to allow the responding participant the choice of whether to identify themselves or how to identify themselves. Enter ‘Anon’ if you wish to remain anonymous.

For the purpose of this assessment all responses will be visible to participating respondents for the purpose of allowing participants see what is possible. Any assessment administrator configuring or selecting a new organisation assessment can choose the level of privacy of the Assessment content. This assessment is for demonstration purpose only and the data and results will not be used or shared for any other purpose. The assessment and all data will be deleted in 60 days time.
