The Organisation Capability Maturity Framework (OrgCMF™) is a set of Bodies of Knowledge, Reference Models, Techniques & Tools based on the Dynamic Systems Maturity Theory (DSMT) Capability Maturity Standard, which enables Organisations and teams improve their Performance (Functioning & Learning Levels) in line with their Aims & Ambitions for Change, Improvement & Transformation.
The OrgCMF™ on-line Capability Maturity Assessments enable the Scientific & Normative Measurement of the chosen Dynamics (Macro Capabilities) and/or Constructs (Micro Capabilities-Building Blocks) for the user selected Organisation, Function, Team or Capability Domain, and calibrated guidance for next action step improvement along the roadmap for each measured Dynamic & Construct.
Dynamic Systems Maturity Theory (DSMT) is a new peer-reviewed Developmental Theory that is valid across Psychology, Organization Development and Economic Development and applicable to individuals, teams, organizations, economies as micro, meso and macro-socio-economic systems. Within a Systems-Theory framework, it draws on modelling from across each field to address their intrinsic paradigmatic biases, as well as shortcomings in modelling that have both contributed to the same >70% failure rates for interventions across each field since the 1960s.
DSMT offers new explanation of how each type of system both functions and learns as systems; Why they perform and Habituate at a specific level; the nature and operationalization of Culture as Habituation along its Maturational hierarchy in already established patterns; How they degrade and how to prevent such degradation; etc. It is operationalised to be accessible, usable, and useful for Organisations and their Teams, Digital Transformations, etc., through the OrgCMF™ platform.
