This workshop is designed to bring together an organisations change or transformation leadership team, to kick start their transformation program. They will build a high level Plan of action, that will integrate the appropriate capability improvements, with the specific business transformation aims. This is intended to improve the success potential of the transformation program by improving Innovation, Agility & Collaboration Capability Maturity within their program, rather than hope they will happen as a result of their change program.
